I am water

torrent
Strong, winding
cutting path through stone and land

My soul has risen
above the flood line
pouring out into the ground
seeping into everyone around me
I have a kindness that
is infectious
travelling many miles amongst
many travelors

Down on knees
I do not pray
there is no need to beg
No forgiveness sought for
a wild fish
smart enough to not get hooked
I am only on knees to
feel inferior

For right now,
I have never felt so liberated
so chainless
so unstoppable
like a rogue wave
a wall of complete power
I want to help every
broken thing grow as
endless as it wants
Mend all the flaws in
our exquisite history
Or
in fact
bend constellations
to remake it
how delicious would that taste
amonst gossiping horoscopes

I am water
the bearer
the pedestal of life
I will change you
forever
