You looked into my eyes and stole what was left of me
Your touch cold and foreign reached deep within me
And with such passion you violated, manipulated, humiliated
My hopes, my dreams, my aspirations
All that was left of me was a girl stripped of confidence
A girl deprived of love and adoration
With sunken eyes and a timid demeanor
Afraid to reach beyond the darkness that enclosed me
In your shadow of hate and misery
Now I walk with my head down against the cold concrete beneath me
Longing for what you stole to come back to me
So I can throw my head back against the sunshine
And rejoice as the girl I use to be before your poison destroyed me

Deprivation:
The hurt in your poem is evident and you describe very well. I liked your poem very much. Good luck.
