I came to talk
& I was busy
making sense.
I hadn't noticed
you getting closer
bit by bit.
I saw your lips
closing to mine,
when you hit me
with your kiss
by surprise.
My body
embraced yours
so fast.
I hardly had
a chance to react.
I was shocked,
excited &
confused.
That when we finished
I was a tad
embarrassed by you.
So dazed I walked
around for days
that your beautiful
face is engraved
in my brain.
