a siren offing in my head

trying to get my attention, with shivers down my back

attempts

to a warning sign

brain in its shell feeling it too feel around

for compounds and protection

and I will kill a fly and realize its purpose

my purpose

to kill flies

aching brain to get my attention

away from the sighs

and the necessary insomnias

for I am the great killer of flies
