~It Won't Be Long~





I know that you're upset my dear friend,

That life has beating you down at times.

But I'm here to tell you that you're wrong,

That this, that you  go thru won't last long



We all make mistakes one way or another,

Without them there's no way we could grow.

So I grew up hearing this and that all my life,

Just remember that  this pain won't last long!



I know that you're upset my dear friend,

And all these years have been unkind to you.

So thank you for sharing your life with me,

I only wish that you could find true love too



So dry your tears my  friend and stop your cry

Believe this won't last long and look up the sky!
