On visions past I am dwelling
As pages now are turning
For love my heart swelling
Here God's love I'm spelling
The joy of life worth living
With great memories now thinking
His divine love within me yelling
With love his Book keeps telling me!
Words of love for me to follow
As pages now keep on turning
With sorrows and life’s misgivings
And sweet memories often giving
All captured in the joy of love
As sometimes tears just begin
Angels descend all the way from above
And through the pain you still grin!
His eyes had seen the burdens
But He knows that there is good
Standing up where you stood
Doing the best that you could!
