LOVE POETIC 3

You take me to a land divine,

Where love prevails and hearts entwine,

I do not want to stand in line

I want to be your Valentine!

My wish for you this coming year,

Is health, wealth and lots of cheer.

My greatest Christmas gift would be

To spend all Christmas Eve with thee!

I resolve this coming New Year,

To spend more time with you, my dear

I love to dream of what may be

I love the thought of you and me!

Mom, I miss your smiling face,

Your loving voice and warm embrace;

You are considerate and so kind

You're forever in my mind.

Mother dear, it's you I miss,

So with this poem, I send a kiss,

You give to me a tender love

Which surely comes from God above.

You fill my life with love and bliss,

When we're apart, it's you I miss,

You're the answer to all my prayers

You are the man for whom I care.

My future now, it's so unclear

For loneliness is what I fear,

My heart weakens as time goes by,

So please return to me before I die.

I am not sure why this take place,

I only know my heart does race,

Your loving and sparkling azure eyes

Reflect the beauty of all the skies!
