Little fellow hello

Welcome to our world

Little fellow hello

Now you’re no longer curled

You have daddy’s nose

And those are my lips and eyes

I think that’s grandpa’s toes

All to grandma’s surprise

Like most babies you have wrinkled skin

And do noisy shrilly wails

I can see we are akin

Down to your tiny nails

Oh you poor little thing

You’re the family rolled into one

You do not own a thing

Of the parts that you don

But worry not my dear

For you are different still

Your heart’s all yours that’s clear

And your soul no one can steal

So little fellow hello!

Welcome to our family

Hear them all bellow

As they welcome you happily
