we have drugs for that
they just raise chance of heart attack

lower the slack
its proven fact

I really like this, and your style as well. This is such a play on emotions and I really enjoy that fact that it is.
I've read some of your others poems and "abuse" seems to be a reoccurring theme. If this is a reality don't be afraid to raise concern over the fact.
Just remember that God is always with us.
