AMERICAN IN SEERSUCKER SUIT
The American with sunglasses in a seersucker suit
Looked very peculiar with an odd outlook on life;
He went along with the war in Iraq and Beruit
And never thought it odd to ignore others strife
He lived in the Arizona desert surrounded by cacti
And his children played with B-1 bomber toys
He ignored Jesus’s teaching about the mote in the eye
Thinking it was only the rest of the world that annoys
As long as Halliburton could get him a gallon of gasoline
So he could ride his gas guzzling Hummer all day long
He could accept nuclear winter and what that would mean
By outsourcing his troubles where he thought they belong.
it's hard to be around souls of unripe fruit
'outsourcing his troubles' !!
