I stare at the light from my little dark corner

I've never seen it look so tempting

I just want to turn away from all my sorrows

And dance through the silver-lined rain clouds

Until the sun desides to shine through

And gives me the strength that I need to survive.

Is it too much to ask to finally be happy?

To throw down all my worries and just to live?

I know that you my love have begun the waltz

The one that my body and soul longs to join

Just take my hand and lead me around the dance floor

While the rain stops and the sun begins to shine.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Today's been a rather emotional day. Part of me is still probably in that little dark corner depressed as always, but another part truly is dancing with everything that is good to me. Don't think you guys haven't helped me. Without you I'd still be completely lost in the dark.
