death's sweet embrace

Folder:
dark love

Like a dying rose she lay apon the cracked earth unmoving, as time past by her heart sank lower and lower. Loosing its self in the darkness. Like the last light of day her hopes and dreams fell beyond an impossible horizon. Long out of her reach. But she is not alone. Her love lays under her. Just as unmoving as her, if not more. His breath silenced. His skin cold. The blank lifeless eyes stare unblinking at nothing. His last flame is gone. His face dripping with the tears of his love. She tires once more to hold him but his hand slips away like dust through her fingers. As the last tear is shed, it turns red, She lays her heavy head on his chest. As her last breath draws near she wispers 'in life we part so sudden, but in death together we shal be together again. for eternity' She breaths in sharply as the blade cuts through her flesh so cleanly, from her neck her blood flows upon his chest and slides off onto the floor. then. Silence. The two lovers parted in life, together in death

Author's Notes/Comments:

This is actually a poem my boyfriend wrote, so all credit goes to him, but I had to show the world how amazing he can really be. Wish he realized it himself. So please people. Comment what you think of it. Personally I think it's beautiful. Copyright: Connall Hatter Lee. I don't take credit.
