Who would've thought that just one night

Would be able to shed so much light.

I'm on top of the world when I hold you.

I'm feeling something, I know you are too.



It's been so long since I've had this feeling.

Being with you is so appealing.

Slow is how we started it,

Oh how I'd feel in a little bit.



In that last hour you knew my intent.

And when our lips first touched I knew what it meant.

My feelings for you run so deep.

You in my arms I want to keep.



Your warm embrace and your light touch

I never thought it would mean so much.

In your face true beauty lies.
