Now that we've come to compromise,

I've finally come to realize

All of the lies you told me.

How you stabbed my heart and left me lonely.



Your words are cold steel against my skin.

Whenever we argue you always win.

Please just leave me now as I am.

I now think that all love is a scam.

The image of your face still clouds my head.

All the things you did and words that you said.



Your stuck in my mind and will not leave.

Do you not also wear your emotions on your sleeve?

Do you feel remorse? Any at all?

Or do you just enjoy watching as I fall?

Fall into shadow, into darkness forever.

I would do anything for these ties to sever.



So leave me now so that I might heal.

Just go away, you have other hearts to steal.
