Every day seein people just goin their own way

Don't even care about people around them

Well man, I just ain't gonna be like that

Just gonna try and be everybody's friend



Don't care what people think about it

Cause you can be nice to them too

Have an open heart for new friends

Just be yourself and don't be nothin else



Yeah don't get thinkin you're better

Than everybody else

Cause man, we're all in this together

Yeah man, you're just hurtin yourself



Everybody needs someone to lead on

Everybody needs a helpin hand

Everybody needs someone to love

I know everybodys lookin for a friend



Everybody ain't out to get you

Too superstitious for your own good

I guess I ain't gonna change your mind

Your the only one who ever could
