We spent two nights in a cabin in the woods...no Wi-Fi...no TV...
But outside every window...oh the wonders we did see.

We saw a turtle peek out of his shell and a hawk land in a tree
From one window I stared at a deer...who stared right back at me.

We saw alligators, cranes and wood storks...egrets in full flight
While herons, crows and crickets sang to us at night.

I wonder...now that we’re back home...if we turn off our Wi-Fi and TV
And channel surf our windows...oh what wonders will we see?
