YOUR HEART

Listen with your heart, not with your ears,

nothing then will bring out your fears.

Speak only with your heart, rely not on spoken word

causing disagreements, when what was meant was not what was heard.

Hearts sense the truth when the mouth spews out hate.

The hater is hurt, that is his fate.

His heart is hard, filled with nothing but pains.

Love him we must, until truth he obtains.

God made us all, told us to love one another.

Make an enemy your friend, in reality, he is your brother.

If we could be silent, letting our hearts speak free,

the world would be united in peace and harmony.
