I hear it raining and it's not yet off to bed

Close your eyes, you sleepy head

I know you call me when you sleep at night

But these feelings, I hate to fight



You make me mad, I make you sad

We hurt eachother just to prove a point to one another

I make you cry and you make me sigh

I feel lost inside, I can no longer hide



These thoughts run consistantly without stopping

I lay wide awake each and every night

Lightening turns quickly into thunder

And there goes again all the lights



Sparks shatter the darkness with nothing else in sight

It's gonna be another dark one tonight

Don't try to hide

Keep your fears so deep inside



So we can let them out



I want to be vocal enough to shout

To let all my feelings out

You make me hide

You make me scared

I cannot stand it but I am so unawear

That these feelings from which I hide behind

Make me dark and blind

I can no longer see



I am no longer me
