Full of slight dissappointment

You have let me down

I lost everything I meant to say

Without even having to make a sound



You seem like you are better

Off when I am not there

I'd love to be your friend but

All your friends just stare



I know not what to do now

You have lost my grasp

Any thought of a relationship

Is falling far away



Tell me if this is what you want

Or if you even care?

Tell me why, if i meant so much to you

You'd forget me without a care



You hug me still each day

I wonder what it means

When seeing through this disbelief

Means changing all my dreams



I though you grew

Out of that state

Of immaturity and hate

But then again what do I know?



I hoped that you were smarter then that

But I guess your actions have shown

That you are but a freshman

And you know not what you want



Today I slip away now

Far away from what I thought

I will still be your friend each day

But anything more shall be forgot



You taught me one more lesson

Don't try for what you don't know

You taught me who I still love right now

You reminded me that it's time for me to grow
