If today was the last day

Of the rest of my life

I'd make it right

I'd stay and fight it to the end

And ff you said all the things

That you thought in your head

Say everything

Say what you mean, don't play pretend



Because if kisses are meant for feelings

Then these feelings keep on breathing

And the blood keeps on flowing

And still there's no sign that's showing

Whether this will work out in the end

Or if our broken hearts won't mend

I want to know that everything

Is exactly how it seems (Don't let it go)



Keep it strong

Don't make me move on

I'm not ready anyway

Keep it real

Don't forget what you feel

It doesn't have to change

We've both learned a lot

About whether or not

We can handle what we've got

I'll make it alright

And keep fighting tonight

Our end's not even in sight



Because when my left foot says 'go'

And my right foot says 'stop'

I will always drag it along

Until it stops trying to give up

On the one thing that matters most

Like the sands out on the coast

If I let it stop, I'll never see

The way it all could be



Never give up

On what you love

If you know what you want

And know what you need

Then why try to change everything?

Always take heart

And when it falls apart

Just pick it back up

Mend it, take love
