The tears that travel down my face
You catch them in your warm embrace
The pain I feel inside my heart
You bless me when I don't depart
The storms of life keep me tired
But you come to me in this life of pain
Your love helps this tired child
Your love sustains me no matter what
Even if I feel so low
you keep me going and take control
Oh Lord how I long to be held
By your hand intwined
so much love is your way in this life
but with the pain come lots of strife
So today keep holding me so tight
So we can win this terrible fight.

Your commitment to your
Your commitment to your religion is prominent in this poem; it must be great to feel so safe and secure within your religion and it's beliefs. Even though life is somewhat of a battle you have your faith to sustain you and bring you hope and happiness, which I find very interesting. An enlightening poem and one so full of hope and security, I like your poem very much.
