Doing what she has to do.
Sometimes a fool, sometimes a hero
Sometimes a nerd getting zero.
Always there when she said ‘yes’
Quite a bit earlier than never.
A friend with the biggest grin
Extending shoulder to her ‘circles’.
A wildflower at the end of the rainbow,
Birds and the bees fly by on sight.
Cherished by many, cared by a few,
Raindrops fell on the ground, no one knew.
And there she goes, following the sun
But slowly now, seldom she runs.
Once she stepped on shit along the way
‘Damn, shit happens!!!’ she says.
But ain’t taking shit no more,
Ain’t running away
There is a lot more in life,
Than dreaming away.
It’s time to breathe,
Get a grip and fight back
To love and life I now say ‘YES!!!’
There’s no holding back.
