You need not hate

That of which you don't understand

Or maybe you just need

My hand

Let's take a walk

In my garden

I know it's not much

Maybe needs to be watered

Sometimes we neglect

Or maybe forget

Though it always grows back

With love and tenderness

It's ok to be angry

Face what is real

When there is nothing you can do

To turn back the wheel

Sometimes we just need

To learn better how to deal

Accept the unacceptable

Move on so we can heal
