Light through my window
Shines down on my face
Warm feeling embraced
As a new day just began
Quiet whispers of the wind
Signs of life working on their daily chores
Flowers open to the greet the bright Morning sun
Routinely behaving as if it’s their first introduction
As a new day just began
Awake and arise to the joyful rays
Stillness of a peaceful calm of the changing sky
As a lone bird sing its morning grace.
To thank the Bright Sun for giving a new day.
