Awaiting Anticipation

Sitting still enough to hear the wind blow,

While watching movement of all around.

Wanting desperately to go home,

To the one that loves me unconditionally.

Be blessed to feel what its like,

From the closeness of my family.

Although through the hate it is hard to see,

But, I know it is waiting for me.

For no man could love so deeply,

The condition merely doesn’t exist.

Eyes closed awaiting first light,

And the sound of his voice to my soul.

My heart stops its beats slowly,

Sensing the sweet aroma that stimulates my mind.

Awaiting what I though could never be mine,

The live I couldn't get from mortal man.

Gently my breath leaves my body,

And my soul is lifted to the heavens.

Oh blessed be, I am finally free,

For awaiting the anticipation didn't have to be.
