Blind Observer

As to know what I am

shadowing in the middle of death

watching life drown

  slowly so slowly

The emptiness surrounds everything

filling in the lies they made

the tears are dry

  its almost over

Some being or misplacement now

  corrupts the entire quaking balance

  standing by

alone and helpless

  Unusual familiarness enters

The circle is broken forever

  shaking with fear

memories of futures

Screaming out for help once

Never to be heard again

  unanswered riddle

a simple curse

Cannot be repeated alone

Deeper to the top of it all

  no guide

lost again

Embraced by an old presence

Different and yet the same

  ended journey

it never began

ok, so I was confused all throughout the poem, and I even read it like 6 times. its too vague. I could try and insert a meaning, but when I did, it would change the next line! can you explain it to me? Is there an explination at all? All in all it seemed to stay on the same topic, dismay and depression over a fate unwanted. But death, suicide fear and so many other emotions flood the whole poem....I think if you could find more distinct words or meanings in the same format it could be a really great poem.
