(dedicated to all employees of all call centers)
These Hebrew slaves just will not understand
the written policies that guide this land;
the information that may meet disclosure
rules, and the problems that increase exposure
when facts are not entirely verified,
or odd exceptions that seek override.
Complaining that they have to gather straw
to mix with mud to make the bricks we need,
they know full well Pharaoh expects of all
his people---servants, clerks, and slaves---compliance
with bis directives. (Any questions?---read

our candid explantion, they unite
in dirty looks' and muttered words' defiance.
