Summary Of Customer Service

In my customer service experience,

I find most customers lack common sense,

and far too lazy to address their own

problems.  So the complain, argue and moan---

expecting our employees to leap to bear

their burdens.  But, really, why should we care?---

they treat us like doormats on which their shoes

should be wiped, and speak with profane abuse.

But Management says, "They just need to vent."

But that is just a talk-off's excrement.

The xcustomer is not always as right

as they think, choosing to be impolite.

As part of our common humanity,

they fully owe us common courtesy.
