The sunlight crept through the forest looking as if it almost had the intention of sneaking up on somebody.
The trees cast bars of impregnable shadows that held onto their forms in a hushed stillness knowing that
in due time their space between the light would cease to exist. The shadows themselves clung to
the trees displaying a contorted pattern of freedom on the forest floor. As a breeze flittered through
the forest the leaves danced with branches and the branches with the trees. They spoke a language that
many would not find distinguishable but to themselves it was the language of life.

Balanced and Full of Singing
I wanted to dance, like a pagan, to greet the light. This poem is what Nicholas Gage heard as an angel greeting the dawn...very lovely - and I don't say that often. Encore ~~A~~
