Yet [*/+/^] : 27.225 MHz, Some Final Measures; A Prayer Of Gratitude To The Holy Martyr Alexei Romanov

Holy Martyr Alexei, you led me to the Orthodox Church

(of Christ's original founding), for which I had made long search,

although I waited until the eleventh hour---due to my fierce conceit;

but now, after Chrismation, my Faith is assured and complete.

Author's Notes/Comments:

As a sickly child learning

As a sickly child learning first of distant ascendants who were persecuted during the Great Inquisition, the Tsarevich became an ally and companion even when most of the attention was on his sister Anastasia (for quite obvious reasons). All that I had were encyclopaedic articles and passing mentions from literature on the Bolshevik era and the connection of the European royal houses through Victoria's issue.
