That beautiful woman that haunts my dreams

as she lays her soul beside me,

she is everything to me.

So much so, that I stole her pen

and hoped against foolish hope that I could

touch her heart in some meaningful way, 

the way she blows in making me feel invincible

and thought and knew she would find me

hidden in her name.

Her obscurity, though necessary chased my crazy mind

seeing her beauty from the inside,

I hoped that I could prove somehow

that I could scrawl some sort of graciousness in the delicatness of her;

though she is a thing too beautiful to compare,

as I wrap my warm arm around her smoothness

I am so honoured to know what I know.

And the words, if they never come to impress her

or capture her as she captures me in reality;

it won't matter, she knows I love her

and that she is the scrawling endless, selfless love

that I profess to be the guide of my soul's pen.

I only ever picked it up for her

she is my undeserved heavenly gift

I will always forgive her

I wil always protect her

I love her

I love her.

she is the ink

on my paper heart's stain.
