Starting all over, where everything’s bright
A whole new perspective, a new point of view
Changing the things, I never could do
Acting so different, yet still being me,
Seeing a new way, I never could see
Taking life different, making it smooth,
Careful decisions, on every single move
Making the most, changing my life,
Relying on faith, not using the knife
Finally I’m here, where everything’s bright,
I’m out of the darkness…and into the light…
Very inspiring peice. I hope youve never cut tho. its easy to go back to when your weak. find resolve in yourself.
i love this poem!!!!! the last verse is so great!! though i'm not sure i aggree with the faith thing... unless you're talking about faith in yourself, that's cool then. don't rely on faith in some supernatural being though, that's just an excuse for bad shit happening. ok i'm working myself into a rage, i'll stop. i love the poem though, shows a lot of strength in resolve for what you were going through when you wrote it.
