Close your eyes,
Imagine a world where the only pressure is to be happy,
A world full everydream becoming reality,
A dream of a happy life of mortality,
Where your only chore is to eat.
Close your eyes,
And see everything you wanted,
Everything you deserve,
In front of you.
Open your eyes,
You see reality,
You see a need,
To close your eyes.
For some its drugs,
For others alchohol,
Some read,
Others just look at the the sky,
No matter how we do it,
We all do.
We just dream of a world.
But Why do we all dream the same things,
Yet we all live in world so different of our dreams.
I stumbled across your poetry and this one touched me because I've felt like that a lot of my life. I'll read more, and feel free to take a look at mine.
