You said I would snap.
Well you were right and wrong!
I did snap, but knot as you thought!
I wouldn’t snap like a trap.
For you didn’t think I was strong.
I could never be like that, as you thought!
Look at you, holding my poems.
You thought I could be intimidated.
Nice try! I was hurt by your actions.
You disgraced my POEMS!
Yes, I eventually became hated.
Because of your thoughtless actions.
So what did I do?
I snapped!
So when did I flee?
I ran!
So what should you do?
Everything!
Because I only flew.
I changed!
I became full of glee.
I stand!
What can you do?
Everything and Nothing!
Spit, these words from my mouth!
I yell them across miles at you!
Yes you! You who never had faith in me!
No matter what I do, I will never turn south!
Not on myself or friends, or even you TOO!
I don’t think you will ever see.
My end of this hatred.
This life of torments end.
You shall be gone from my mind.
For I will watch my life turn from green instead of red.
It no longer bends.
Around your own shadowed mind!
