I wished I asked her

Folder:
Love Poetry

Laying in the street,

Talking and listening to you talk.

Looking up at the stars,

On this dead end block.

Laughing with you,

Chatting it up.

About past experiences,

And past loves.

I confess I only said 'I Love You' once,

To a girl I had feelings for.

I said it over the phone and in a chat box,

Never to her face, I implore.

I wished I asked her,

About her for me, if any.

I wished I asked her,

Could she picture herself with me,

                          for all eternity...
