sure I am afraid of death
because I have not fullfilled
my core's purpose yet.
before leaving this world
I want to make sure

I think your poems already have an impact accomplished. To write a poem like this at your age shows an unusally accelerated wisdom. In my own reading experience, most poets write this kind of poem at the end of their lives, not earlier. But you have written this now, which means you have it out of the way to be able to go on to greater accomplishments.
