Beyond Will

Okay, I bear a different label

But I didn't really gain it

I just found that I wear it

Like the one you're polishing now

It's so different...

But at the end ...

they are meaningless labels.

Think about that.

It's a mess!

Upon that we meet

But I swear I didn't make it

I just found me standing there!

And I declare I hate it

Though I can't ...

sort it out.

I try to keep to my corner

Yet the streams keep pushing me toward the center.

Don't you feel being pushed the same?

If not, you must be soaring in the air

Like those metaphysical angels!

Try to recall

We all didn't choose to be here.

We're forced to walk ways...

beneath sizzling sun rays.

Haven't you hit roads beyond your will?

We wish to change the scheme

But we fear the unrevealed!

We may be forced to run

Through twisted dark tunnels. Imagine!

We don't mostly choose

We just react to forces

Can you be above the forces?

Try to see what I mean.

I found this poem to be very...philosophical. Too often do we not stop to think about the questions you've sited before us. Maintain the astounding writing.

Your poem is really thought provoking. Excellent piece of work. I found it very interesting, may be because I can relate to lots of those thoughts, how we are pushed in the center sometimes and we are not prepared. My favorite line, “ It's a mess!
Upon that we meet
But I swear I didn't make it
I just found me standing there!
And I declare I hate it
Though I can't ...sort it out.

‘Can you be above the forces?’
may be we can if we kept focusing in the skies.
