Frozen Mercy (memories)

I surrender

would your mind captivate me ... Crucify me

between your eye lashes?

I'm only human ... a web of nerves

stimulated by pretty flashes

Yet my flames never come down to ashes.

I remember

The stabbing moments I've been knocking at your door

Torn apart by your will to ignore.

Slowly sipping my failure, yet, failing to give up

Hoping that, ultimately, you get tired and yield up

Opening your castle for me to yield up

It's December

The snow is falling like a frozen mercy

and you're turning colder than before

Yet, here I am still frozen at your door

-Like a lost sailor by a deserted island shore -

Wishing hard to penetrate your frozen gate and surrender

A hail of love coming down... warm and tender.

With encounter, I May feel it's not worth it any more

to be knocking at anyone's door.
