Insanity



Its overflowing

Its coming out

The primal urge

To scream and shout



The lustful feel

As it reaches out

Touches air

Then recoils in doubt



Did anyone notice

Does anyone care

That it got that far

To feel the air?



The insanity creeping

Pushing inside

Screaming for freedom

Locked behind my eyes



Like a physical pain

Keeping it in

Then one day in vain

Insanity will win
