Passers by always wave

But once you hit the pavement

The act of kindness doesn't stay

1950's Port Huron, dirt roads and paved sidewalks. Interesting psychology. Pavement society is more separate. Hmmmm... Never thought of that before - Thanks. slc

I love it

When I first hit pavement I still wave but quickly notice, nobody cares to wave back. Course, once in town and there are thousands of cars, it's just impossible and they kinda look at you funny anyway.
