I must say, I really do enjoy the sunshine

But it's the sunshine who wakes me and warm me

I am mostly super grateful. But I have some PTSD that I battle with. Have to shut down negative thinking a lot. Mostly fearful thinking. I cried yesterday to get some of it to move out my body.

anxiety comes with the PTSD. I suffer daily and have to ward off the stream of video like thoughts. it's a constant battle. However, I am extremely grateful for all that is now and all that I've been through regardless of the imprints. Still working to heal... seems like a life process. (I only get occassional bouts of depression these days. So grateful for that!)
