It is my hope that you will

accept this gift of love

from the bottom of my heart 

For i always knew that I was the cross

in the stars that kept you two apart

This day, I say my final goodbye

to the hearts that tried to keep me alive

and to those who helped to tear me down

so that we could all see the truth

I thank you for the wonderful times

that we shared in this grand ol' play

I thank you for the love we shared

each and everyday

My heart sings a song to let you all know

I'm grateful for you, you wonderful souls
