Good Friends Make Great Enemies

Folder:
Hostile Is Good

I never thought that this could be.

It all occurred so suddenly.

We were just cool and now we're hot.

I was your girl, bitch now I'm not.

You flipped your lid and stepped out of line.

You were so shady and showed your behind.

You really ran a game on me,I was so blind. I couldn't see.

I couldn't see that you were trife.

How could you shine, I know your life.

Your reputation is truly soiled.

And with every nigga your heart is coiled.

But true and blue I was your friend, and when you were labeled freak, how quick I was to defend.

So bussom buddy and faithful pal,

I hope your ming games were worth their while.

Things got sticky and now they are stuck.

I was so happy, thought I was in luck.

Now that our friendship is set at ease,

i realize good friends make Great enemies.

Author's Notes/Comments:

This girl was my friend and when I moved to Atlanta the summer b4 12th grade she was suppose to watch y boyfriend for me, but you know how that goes. Ultimately, she threw salt on my name in Boston and took my man to the prom. But she was my riend though, what part of the game is that? This happened like 4 years ago

DAMN!

I love the title, and the poetry.
You got your point across, and had a tight flow.

I wish I could hear you read your work.

I would love to write a piece to this title, but I'll see what you think.

Check out my work and let me know if you would maybe like to write something with me.

That's how this game of life is.

Keep you friends close and your enemies closer.

TIGHT TITLE!

How's Georgia?

I'm moving there next month with my "baby-momma", Fiance or something in that area.

Holla back!

A very good poem. I aggree with what you say about how friends make great enimies. I am actually dealing with this kid right now that use to "be my friend," then he made the mistake of fuckin with one of my close personal friends, so he's got some trouble commin' his way. If you ever get bored, check out some of my poems.
