There is a power when we pray,

is it for another day.

To make a difference in ones life,

or in the world which holds much strife.



It takes a childs heart to believe,

the openess to recieve.



Teach us how to pray dear Lord,

and use your word like a two edge sword.



Down on our kneese praising with glee,

for in your presence makes us free.



Praying in times of sorrow and sadness,

that with your touch of love holds gladness.



When the battle of the enemy wants us dead,

by the Spirit we be lead.



In our daily prayer we walk to know your promise heart,

by our faith in you Dear Lord is where we start.
