There are seven chlkras within the body and mind.
The first is the root chakra that sits at the base of the spine.
It's element is earth, red is it's color, and the verb is " I have".
Attributes are survival, grounding, solidity, and the body.
The second is the seat of life, which is located in the abdomen area.
It's element is water, orange is it's color and the verb is "I feel, I want".
Attributes are polarity, movement, sexuality, pleasures and emotions.
The third chakra is the power chakra and we feel this one in the stomach area like butterflies.
It's element is fire, yellow is it's color and the verb is "I can".
It's attubutes power, will, energy and transformation.
The forth chakra is the heart chakra and everybody wants to feel this one in the heart.
It's element is air, green is it's color and the verb is "I LOVE".
It attributes love, balance, relationship and compassion.
The fifth chakra is the throat, which is in the neck area.
It's element is sound, bright blue is it's color and the verb is "I speak".
Attributes are sound, vibrations, communication and the creativity.
The sixth chakra is the vision center, most knowen as the third eye.
The element of light, indigo is it's color and the verb is "I SEE".
Attributes are clairvoyance, memory, dreams, visions and color.
The most unique chalkra of all is the seventh which is the crown.
This is the element of thought, violet is it's color and the verb is " I KNOW".
It's attributes are information, understanding, awareness, consciousness, pattern and most of all mediation.
These are the seven chakras within our body and mind,
reconizing in them is all the feelings and knowledge for us to find.
