I once made the same mistakes lied with betray,

lost my hope of all dreams and washed them away.

When a second chance was instore I knew,

I was blessed in a new life with promises too.



My conscience was working on the decsions I made,

if I were to make the wrong one, it never fade.

It ate at my soul and heavy feeling would be,

I learned to be honest and hold to truth in me.



Why somany lie and the sad thing is they believe it to be,

They live by deception and drowning at sea.

When you fall to boldness where chills of the cold,

blinded by desolation, confusion and scold.



Nothing good can ever come from a lie, I know I tryed,

it took the dignity out of my heart left me in sigh.

Live by the word and the truth will be free,

in all of your life a stable love from within is where it will be.
