Living a Lie

I’m in so deep.

I don’t want to know the truth.

If I knew, it would probably make me cry.

It would break me, it would be my end.

I’d rather live this lie,

this lie that I’ve grown to love.

It has become part of me.

It has become me.

I am this lie,

this lie in which I live from day to day.

I live without noticing.

I don’t want the truth to be told.

I’ve grown so accustomed to this lie,

to this false life that if I knew the truth,

I would surely die.

It's Good! I understand what you mean on this one. It also reminds me of the way I used to be.
