"My printer died, I cannot Print"

Helpdesk said, "A work order will be sent.

Help should be on its way,

You can expect them there any day."



I am printing paychecks, I cannot  wait,

Or all your paychecks will be late!

I am sorry for my lament,

But come hell or high-water,

paychecks must be sent.



"Okay, we will set the priority to high.

Your help will be there by-and-by."



I am sorry, that just won't do,

Most won't be as understanding as you.



"Okay, don't get your drawers in a knot,

Don't get so sour,

I will raise your priority to urgent,

They will be there in four hours.

I hope that is acceptable to you,

For that really is the best we can do.

Other printers are down as well,

Seems like everyone is in printer hell.

I apologize for what seems a lack of concern,

We didn't have anything to do with it,

but it is us they will burn.

Everyone is crying, as I do my little dance,

but our first priority is our boss Mr. Lance.

After him it is all downhill,

And each work order in turn we will, strive to fill.

Be patient and they will get to you,

Soon as they send us more trained monkeys from the zoo.

Fear not they will be there soon

If not today, by the next full moon.

If the printer should repair itself in the mean time,

When the tech arrives say it is just fine,

or they will fix it so it won't print again

and then a fine pickle we will be in.

What?!? You have heard enough,

You threw it out a window and submitted a TOF?

Since you submitted one of those,

Can we consider your work order closed?"

Hello? Hello?  I guess they had to go.
