Just A Peek Into My Heart... All this pain is crushing me,
It makes me angry and I can't see;
What is wrong and what is right,
Everything is as black as night.
I am lost, I can't find my way;
Left with so many things to say.
Falling farther and farther down,
I can't breathe, I think I'll drown.
As I search, in the dark,
I see you as the only spark;
But you are busy, as I can see.
Bouncing around so aimlessly.
My hand extended, but it's no use.
I sink to the floor and tighten the noose.
You turn your back to walk away,
And I want to scream for you to stay.
I search for the words that you need to hear,
Like, "I am sad" and "I need you here."
I choke on my words so I start to cry,
Maybe you'll see me and wonder why.
