Ships sail out but return
Harbor lights never spurn
Salutations across the bay
Reassurance guiding the way
Weary from a voyage at sea
Harbor lights wait patiently
Upon returning discovers a friend
Red sails the sunset
Home again.

Harbor lights are like a haven, awaiting for our safe return, a glimpse of it, make us happy and sigh that we are indeed safe and home.A very nice poem, girlfriend.
